We are going to the beach tomorrow and have a house guest staying for two weeks so used this weekend to clean up and catch up. Christi took Reni and Alex went to the water park on Thursday as a warm up to the beach (see fun pics from Christi). I bought Alex a really cute swim suit with matching hat. He loves wearing hats.
On Saturday we took Alex to Southpoint mall for the first time in about a year. He like walking around in the mall on his own without holding our hands and he enjoyed reading with Daddy in Barnes and Noble bookshop. We had lunch in a Korean restaurant. Alex ate a lot, but drew the line when Luke gave him Kim Chi against my wishes. Alex's face went red and he spat it out rubbing his tongue.
Today Emma, Janet and David's mum came over to play. Emma tries to kiss Alex and he occasionally kisses back. They are cute together. Tonight Luke cooked dinner - fantastic scallops!
